The University Curriculum and Catalog unit prepares and reviews curricular materials for review and approval by the University Committee on Curriculum (UCC), and as needed by the University Committee on Graduate Studies, Teacher Education Council, and the University Committee on Undergraduate Education. The UCC reports its activities to the Faculty Senate and reports new, major program revisions, and discontinued programs to the Michigan Association of State Universities. The unit develops and maintains the official published and online University catalog (Academic Programs and Course Descriptions) and related Web site through updating and maintaining the COURSES System and Academic Programs Systems. The review and management of articulation and consortium agreements with other institutions is also managed by the University Curriculum and Catalog unit.
