The AACC works closely with the Office of Financial Aid to maintain compliance with the Department of Education and the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). Although there are five compliance offices on campus, AACC focuses on State Authorization and Distance Learning, Professional Licensure, FERPA, and the coordination of federal compliance around reporting requirements such as Third-Party Servicers and Consumer Protection.
