Joy Speas is the University Curriculum Administrator on the Accreditation, Assessment, Curriculum, and Compliance team in the Office of the Provost. Joy manages University Curriculum and Catalog functions which include coordinating the management of academic programs and courses offered at Michigan State University. She develops and maintains the official published and online University catalog of academic programs and courses and provides project assistance and advice to the Vice Provost of Enrollment and Academic Strategic Planning, and other senior university administrators.

Joy has been working in curriculum at MSU for 40 years. She enjoys reading James Patterson and is an avid cruiser.
